Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your piece, but if something’s not quite right, we’re happy to help.

Our Policy

We offer exchanges only — not refunds. You’re welcome to request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item (or 10 days for international orders) provided it meets the criteria below.

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect size or defect), we will cover the return shipping and send the correct item at no additional cost.
If the return is for any other reason, you will be responsible for:

  • The cost of returning the item to us

  • Any import duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the exchange process

  • The cost of shipping the new item back to you

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

  • For international orders, exchanges are only offered in cases of error or defect on our part.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges on:

  • Bespoke or custom-made pieces

  • Non-standard ring sizes (very small or very large sizes outside the regular range)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards or vouchers (though these can be used toward other purchases of the same value)

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at philippa@philippagreen.com so we can resolve the issue swiftly.

Need to Exchange?

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to request an exchange and, once accepted, place a new order for the correct piece.

European Union customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This right takes precedence over our general exchange policy above.

To withdraw, use the returns/withdrawal option on our website (no account needed) or email us at orders@philippagreen.com. We'll confirm by email. Return the item within 14 days, unworn and in original condition. We'll refund the full purchase price including standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the item or proof of postage. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Exception: Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised — bespoke commissions, engraved pieces, and rings made or resized to your chosen size — are not eligible for the 14-day withdrawal right, as permitted under EU consumer law.
