Our Rings
1. How do I figure out my ring size?
We always recommend going to a jeweller and having your fingers sized in real life if you are able to, but we have also made it easy for you - just refer to our ring size chart for guidance on how to measure your finger at home. We also recommend using the ring sizer app.
2. How do I clean my ring?
Most of our rings are made from jewellers bronze, which can be polished beautifully with a gentle metal cleaner like Brasso.
If you're based in Cape Town, you're also welcome to drop your ring off at our studio for a professional clean and polish.
3. Do you make custom rings?
Yes, we do. We love working with clients on unique commissions. Whether it’s a specific stone, size, or a completely new concept, get in touch to start the conversation.
4. Will my ring tarnish?
Our rings are made from solid jewellers bronze and sterling silver. They may develop scuff marks with wear - this is natural and part of their character. With proper care, they won’t tarnish in the traditional sense.
5. Are the rings plated?
No, our standard rings are not plated. However, we do offer gold plating in 9ct, 14ct, and 18ct on request.
6. Will my finger go green?
Bronze can sometimes react with the pH of your skin or with moisture, which may leave a temporary greenish mark. This is harmless and washes off easily. It’s a natural part of wearing raw bronze and usually settles with wear over time.
Shipping & Returns
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. We work with trusted third-party couriers to deliver worldwide. If you're based in a remote or outlying area, please refer to our Remote Area section for more details.
8. Can I send my ring back for adjustments? (International orders)
Yes - you’re welcome to send your ring back for adjustments or customisation. Please note that shipping, export/import duties, and courier costs will be for your account.
(If your ring arrived damaged or incorrectly made, please get in touch with us directly so we can resolve it.)
9. What if I live in a remote area?
Some delivery addresses fall into what our couriers define as a Remote Area - a postcode or town that is difficult to serve and may require a surcharge.
If your address falls into this category, you’ll be contacted before dispatch to approve the additional courier fee.

Please note: This surcharge is determined by our couriers, and we will only proceed with shipping once you've confirmed acceptance.
10. What are import duties (DUTs) for my country?
Import duties and taxes vary depending on your country’s customs policies. We’ll share a general guideline shortly, but we recommend checking with your local customs authority for the most accurate info.

11. Do you offer refunds?
We don’t offer refunds, but we’re happy to offer an exchange if:
– You’re based in South Africa
– The ring was not custom made
– The ring is not in an unusually large or small size
