HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

Delivery time on each order will be communicated shortly after you have placed it. For items in stock and ready to go, a courier will be dispatched within 24hrs and your order should arrive in 3 – 5 working days. Certain items – especially custom pieces – require more turnaround time and as such, expected delivery can be up to 3 weeks.
For international orders – also depending on items and size of order – we estimate 3-4 weeks as a standard.

CAN I CHOOSE MORE OPTIONS FOR MY ORDER (COLOURS/SIZES/MATERIALS)?

We do have a multitude of colours and materials on offer and specific sizes are always accomodated at no extra cost, but a little exxtra time. Please get in touch if you have any specific requirements or queries and we will find a way to help.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

Currently we offer Credit/Debit card transactions through our trusted payment gateway PayFast, and we utilise PayPal predominantly for international orders. Should you wish to make use of an alterior payment option please contact us and we will make arrangements to accomodate you as far as possible. No orders will be shipped without receipt of funds in full.

IS THERE A PHYSICAL STORE I CAN VISIT?

Yes, our studio, The Olive Green Cat is situated at 76 Church Street, Cape Town, South Africa. We would love for you to drop in for a visit! A large amount of our pieces are on display and our studio pets love to make new friends.

WHAT COUNTRIES WILL YOU SHIP TO?

Many countries! Upon entering your shipping details, you will be asked to select your country. We ship all over the world but should you not find your location in the predefined selection please contact us and we can assess the logistics required to ship to wherever you are.

I’M HAVING A PROBLEM CHECKING OUT. WHAT DO I DO?

Take a deep breath! We have attempted to streamline our ordering process as far as possible but should you have any queries we are here to assist. You can contact us directly with any problems but here a few tips that might help:

– The cart icon sits in the top right-hand side of the screen. Click Go To Cart to see what you currently have selected.

– The Cart page is where you enter any Discount Coupons of Gift Voucher Codes.

– You’ll need to enter your Shipping Address as well as your Billing Address. Click the USE THIS ADDRESS button if you would like to make use of the same address for both.

– Confirming your order will redirect you to either PayFast or PayPal to complete your order.

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICIES?

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO BUY ON YOUR SITE?

While we would prefer if you do, we also understand that signing up isn’t always necessary, so we do allow customers to checkout as a Guest and avoid the sign up. Although there are a few more things to fill in as a Guest that you wouldn’t have to if you signed up. It is entirely up to you.
